Support initiatives that improve access to healthcare, promote wellness, and address health disparities. Assist with health fairs, mental health programs, and community wellness campaigns.
Labor & Industry
Advocate for equitable employment practices and economic opportunities for minority groups. The committee works to eliminate workplace discrimination, promote fair wages, ensure access to vocational training, and foster greater participation in labor unions.
Legislative Affairs
Influence policy-making by advocating for equitable laws and educating the community on legislative processes. Research legislation, attend hearings, and engage in lobbying efforts to make a difference.
Religious Affairs
Strengthen spiritual growth and foster interfaith collaboration in the community. Plan faith-based events, coordinate prayer services, and build connections across diverse spiritual communities.
Women in the NAACP (WIN)
Enhance the leadership role of women, serve as an advocacy vehicle for issues affecting women and children, and advocate for the positive development of children.
Youth Program
The NAACP Youth Program empowers young people through leadership development, civic engagement, and community service. Designed for middle school to college-aged youth, the program equips future leaders with the tools to advocate for justice, build community, and drive positive change.
